Veranda Park

Working as a subcontractor for PCL Construction, SmartWatch completed the initial phase of the Central Security Command for Veranda Park in Orlando. The security center, located in the heart of Building 4000, is designed and equipped to serve as a centralized hub for all electronic security being installed in the buildings presently under construction as well as future buildings in this multi-phase project. Designed by HDR Engineering of Orlando, the electronic security package is comprised of integrated CCTV Surveillance, Access Control & Call Assist Intercom systems, making Veranda Park one of the most secure, if not THE most secure group of commercial & residential buildings in Orlando.
Veranda Park is Orlando’s largest urban town center under development offering an array of exciting and unique entertainment venues. Fine dining, sidewalk cafes, a state of the art cinema, night club and artisan piazzas mixed with beautiful parks, a lake front amphi-theater, imported Renaissance sculptures, featured fountains and moonlit gondola rides all form the backdrop for Veranda Park, Orlando’s premier lifestyle destination. Luxury residential condominiums and Class A offices lay throughout the Italian themed village. Veranda Park is located on South Hiawassee Road in the heart of MetroWest.
SmartWatch also provided distributed audio systems [JBL/Crown] for backgound / foreground music and paging distribution.
