Veranda Park
Orlando, Florida
As the total security subcontractor to PCL Construction, SmartWatch provided and installed the Central Security Command and systems for Veranda Park in Orlando. The security center, located in the heart of Building 4000, is designed and equipped to serve as a centralized hub for all electronic security installed in surrounding buildings, as well as future buildings in this multi-phase project. This security project and SmartWatch were a featured article in the international publication ~ Pelco Press.
Designed by HDR Engineering of Orlando, the electronic security package is comprised of integrated CCTV Surveillance, Access Control & Call Assist Intercom systems, making Veranda Park one of the most secure group of commercial & residential complexes in Central Florida.
Veranda Park is one of Orlando’s largest urban town centers under development offering an array of exciting and unique entertainment venues.
